McLaughlin Education Consulting was founded by Sharon McLaughlin, a former
college administrator with more than twenty years of experience in student enrollment services. Sharon
draws her expertise from her work at private and public colleges in New England, both as a college admissions and financial
aid administrator. She holds a MEd in Adult Education.
In the fall
of 2008, Sharon was honored as a "Woman of Achievement" by the Center For Women & Enterprise in Worcester, Massachusetts.
Since in 2009, she has appeared as an occasional guest host on the Money Matters Morning Edition on WESO 970
AM and as a guest on Financial Freedom with Richard Carr on WTAG 580AM, where she discusses college admissions and financial
aid issues and trends. Sharon was honored to be the guest expert for the bi-monthlyTwitter chat, #CollegeChat. A
