HEAD FOR COLLEGE WITH MEC McLAUGHLIN EDUCATION CONSULTING was founded by Sharon McLaughlin, a former college administrator with more than twenty years of experience in student enrollment services. Sharon draws on her expertise from her work at private and public colleges in New England, both as a college admissions and financial aid adminstrator. She holds a MEd in Adult Education and was the  first professional college planning consultant in Central Massachusetts to receive the designation of Certified College Planning  Specialist (CPPS) from the National Institute of Certified College Planners (NICCP). In the fall of 2008, Sharon was honored as "A Woman of Acheivement" by the Center for Women & Enterprise in Worcester, MA. Sharon is a member of the following professional financial aid organizations: Massachusetts Association of Financial Aid Administrators (MASFAA) Eastern Association of Financial Aid Administrators (EASFAA) New York State Association of Financial Aid Administrators (NYSFAA).
